Hey everyone! I got labs done last week and got the results this morning. My HA1C was 7.3, which is better than what I was expecting. Doc told me it's still a little high, but okay for now. Just wants it to keep on coming down. Sodium is a borderline low, so I get to drink the new Powerade Zero that's come out. No carbs or sugar, but still has some of the good stuff like the regular stuff has in it. Cholesterol is borderline high, 201. Just told me to eat less friend foods, starches, and red meat and more green veggies and chicken. Just wanted to share all this with ya. :cool:
