Dental drama!!

Help! I just had two crown lengthenings with bone enhancing (more like scraping!) 8 hours later I am good, most feeling is back, except one part of my chin is completely still numb! I swear this is going to be nerve damage....I just know it. I had this with an epidural in 2000 with my 2nd child and my knee had nerve damage for 6 months!

Anyone ever had nerve damage from a dental procedure? The dentist suggested I keep my BS 70-90 for speedy healing. LOL
I called his office and he said to give this a few more hours to gain feeling........8 hours this has been and I am trying not to google "nerve damage" from dental work! AHHHH. Freaking myself out!

It takes about 6-8 hours for my numbness from novocaine to go away, then I end up w/a headache. Try not to worry -- just move your chin around and wake it up a little ;)

Sometimes dentists give too much to make sure you feel no pain.
