Ok so here's the question, I haven't worked in oh say 2 yrs, meaning i've sat alot, and i usually am on the computer alot, and well my question is, i Just recently started working, and it's happened while i haven't worked but, I've been getting Tingling in the Feet, and it's not like falling asleep tingling, it's a low, vibration feeling, coming from deep within the foot, It's not in my hands, it's just in my feet, and well my question is, Is this something, due to my inactivity, or should i really worry about this? I just recently had my AIC done in May and it was 7.1 and it was awhile ago 10.0 So I'm really concernced with the Tingling in the feet, I don't know if i should worry about it, I just wanna know if you guys think it's cuz of my inactivity, or not? Now i've gained 40 lbs due to the inactivity also, So i'm trying to think of what all could cause this, and it's not painful, it's just very uncomfortable.....

Likely the combo of the inactivity and weight gain. Try going for daily brisk walks to improve blood flow throughout your entire body. A checkup at the docs wouldn't hurt either.

The risk of diabetic complications rises substantially above an A1c of 6. What you are experiencing in your feet is a reduction of circulation due to glucose laden red blood cells. You definitely need to increase your exercise, and more importantly, bring your A1c down to below 6%. Reducing the amount of carbohydrates you consume will also be helpful. Damage like this can be reversed but you have to actively work at it.

Understood, i appreciate it, i really do i understand the complications of diabetes, i really do, it's just very overwhelming at times, i'm sure you all know that heh. I've spoken to my doctor, and he told me "it could be" neuropathy" but to be honest, i've gained alot of weight recently, and i am very inactive, i just recently started working again, so i understand in time, it will take time, i just wonder if this will turn into a long term complication, i'm really worried about my health, as is everyone else, So honestly, i dunno what to think about it, i've never had this happen before, and i do appreciate the feed back, So thanks. If there is anything you need, me to tell you to help you, i'll be more then willing.
