I had a problem with my pump shorting out. I would do a prime. The screen would go blank and restart. I called the company up explain what was going on, she ask me a few questions to find out what was wrong then she said I will send you out a replacement pump, the problem only gets worse. She said you will have the replacement pump next day at noon. I couldn't belive it, next day at noon fedex was pulling in the drive way. Now that is some good service.

Any one else have had this problem or a different one? I'm on the 508 pump.

You had four problems in one year?

Did you have second thoughts about pumping?

She told if i had any problems until the new pump got here to refer to by back up plan. What the heck is that. No one gave me a back up plan. Did they give you one?

Ditto on that recommendation. I am, however, a little concerned about the failure rate ya'll are experiencing. I've had mine for close to 6 months now with no problems. I guess I'll be keeping a sharp eyeball on my pump's functionality. :(
