I know a friend of mine named Cyclops can relate to the name I gave this message.

Was wondering if any of the rest of you feel like this description
after awakening from a hypo at night.

Quote 'I likened it to waking up feeling like you ran a marathon in your sleep and then getting hit by a truck as you got out of bed! lol...its truely the worse Ive felt from a hypo ever *sigh*'

Anyone got any better descriptions??

Hope everyone is having a great day.

I'm on a count down to my birthday-it's a big one. I'll be 50 in one week Oct 7/04.<smile> I guess I should start counting backwards soon or
does that age at least make it ok to act as old as I feel.*g*

Hi SunniD :)

The description you gave is appropriate when I'm way too
low and end up in the ER.(Or if I have a bad flu). LOL. Sometimes
if I sleep through a reaction(I'm a deep-sleeper), I usually just wake up disoriented and soaked with sweat. Sometimes I also
get a bad chill and very tired.

Uhh 50 is not old. So NO you may not act as old as you feel.
Unless you feel like 50 of course. Nice try though. :) You can act between 20 and ohh 52 if you like. ;)
Have a Great Day also.

Hello SunniD,

You described the way I feel after having a seizure brought on by low blood sugar. It always happens at night and it really flattens me. I always tell my wife when I get up the next morning that I feel like I have been run over by a steam roller. :(

Happy birthday for tomorrow. Just one more sleep!

Cheers,

Mark

I wake up every day feeling like that, always have. Even when I was a child, and was the reason I would not take naps in Kindergaden.
