Had my hospital check-up

had my hospital check up on Thursday and im pleased!!

I lost 6lbs in weight, my blood pressure is normal meaning my meds are working and my A1C has improved loads from last time...

apparently last time i went (April) my A1C was 8.3 now it is...

6.5

WOOHOO!!!:D :D :D

I dont have to see the doc till May next year now unless i have any problems, he has increased my Metformin to four times a day now, they are 500's each tablet...

gotta keep seeing the dietician regular tho, but at least at last my weight is going down not up!!
