rare type

i have a rare type of diabetes. it is called cystic fibrosis related diabetes. i have instage liver failure right now but i was just wondering if anyone else knows anyone that has this type?

Hey Krystal! Welcome to the Forums!

While not exactly the same as yours, I've been told I have diabetes as a result of pancreatitis (a side effect I guess - kind of like yours).

And yea, it sucks, but trust me we all learn to deal :) So if you have any questions, ask away, because this is an awesome group of people here and you'll be amazed with the knowledge (and patience) they have!
