Hello
I don't post much at all, but I want to get some info from some of you.
I do alot of running not just to control b/s but because I like to race when I can.
Here is my question how many of you run 5-10k races? Or longer
I do up to !/2 marathon distances.
But I am having trouble finding enough good info.
Does anyone know of a site to go to. The regular running sites just don't cover or have any info
I'm 53 , on the pump & in pretty good control. A1c's between 6-7
most of the time.
