I'm confused by a few things here:

How can an Iceberg wedge has 15 carbs with no dressing?
How can a lettuce wrap have 82 carbs?

What do they do to Orange Peel chicken to make it have 200 carbs?

Baby back ribs, 200. Is that the sauce?

Got it in one.. sauce in all cases.. most sauces seem to have sweeteners added and often in the form of glucose or corn syrup and then there is the thickener..most likely corn starch.. it's a carby old world....

OK but hang on. If you had half a cup of sauce on your ribs, and it was 100% sugar, that would only be 100 carbs. And a whole head of iceburg lettuce is around 11 carbs. Something doesn't add up here.

Any chance you're reading the calorie column instead of carbs?

Look at the link yourself and see if it makes sense.
I assume a wedge is 1/2 of a head of lettuce at most.

Wow.

I guess the lettuce wrap might include rice and a sweet sauce. (Still, a whole cup of rice is like 45 carbs so that's a lot of something in there...)

But those baby back ribs -- that is brutal! I'm in awe.
