I just need to go ahead and say it.

This forum is awesome. Usually, at this point in going through "diabetic rehab", I'm about to give up because of things going haywire. But everyone here is SO SUPPORTIVE!

I havent even come close to giving up this time. Everybody has answers, insight and just a general care for others.

It really helps to have people whom you can talk to who truly understand what you're going through. As a 21 year old husband and father with no insurance, its a scary prospect. But, between you guys and my family, I have every ounce of support I need.

I'm getting teary-eyed, so I'm gonna wrap this post up. (What, a dude cant cry? ...As long as they're MAN tears lol)

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone. Whether you know it or not, you are ALL impacting the lives of diabetics all over the world. Keep it up!

Yeah it can be a rough road and ride, but with a few friends at your side things become much easier.

We're all here for each other. Not only can a dude cry, but he can admit it, good on you.

A few friends with good info & shoulders to cry on or ears to listen to rants make all the difference in the world.

I love this place too..
A couple of years ago i was in so much heartache over how the h3ll i was going to get my body ready for our planned children which we were going to start trying for in a few years <those years have passed. we are trying now :)>
And then I found this place! i asked questions people answered with answers tha ti not always understood but picked up and i have learned alot about this disease over the last few years.

It make me proud that i can now get in there and offer advice myslef to struggling diabetics out there :)

We are never alone! there is always someone around who can offer help or kind words.

*pats community on back* WE"RE AWESOME!

Your so right drummingfool, this forum really is great and giving people support when they need it. We are all a family.

I came to this site years ago wondering if I would ever get any kind of control of diabetes. The people here not only gave good advice, but were inspirational to me.

There is a lot of collective and individual knowledge here and everyone is willing to help and share your success and the bad days.

Each new member is a new gold nugget of information and help.
