Well all and all news is not terrible, but not great.

First my eyes, vision is 20/20 with my 4 year old script, why such an old script? Well I got a new pair of glasses two years ago, that didn't seem right, after two replacements, and being the same I figured it was me. It turns out the big chain eye glass place reversed the lenses, right in left and left in right. Lesson learned. I doubt if I can do anything about it now.

There is SLIGHT diabetic retinopathy (sp) in right eye, she is not too concerned about it now, and a "tiny cataract" in the right eye. Again she was not too concerned at this time. I have been a bad boy and when my ophthalmologist went west a few years ago I hadn't been for a "complete" eye exam since. I am scheduled to return in 4 months,

Tom

Yea I know, too embarrassed to say what it was last month. This has been a truly terrible year for me, I know, no excuse, but it is the one I am using.

My new Endo seems very good, and seems to be getting a good grasp on my Diabetes. He cut out two meds, reduced the total insulin, just rescheduled it, and bgs are looking better.

Oh yea went to the big box glasses store, and was told to go fly a kite. Which in one way I understand, but also,, they did screw up, I took the glasses back twice, I should have kept after them. Oh well.

Thanks,
Tom
