i saw my endo last tuesday, i would have posted this when i came back, but it was late when i came back and we had no power yesterday from 6am until 5pm... then we had no internet/cable/phone until almost 10pm, so i couldn't get on until now...
overall, my appointment wasn't too bad... my A1C was 10.0 but it's better than the last 2 (nov. 97 - 13.6 / june 98 - 11.8), so it's going down...
i talked about getting gastric bypass and he gave me a list of docs that do it, and i found one i like, i just need to get an appointment with him...
no pump for now, because he wants my weight to go down before... he also changed a few meds around, mainly my lyrica cuz i've been gaining weight for no reason and my legs are severly swollen... so now it's combination of lyrica and another pill, don't know what it's called yet, i can't read his handwriting... lower dose of lyrica this time...
as for the mood of the appointment, it was good... normally i'm stressed out when i see him, but this time, he was laughing and i was laughing... it was good appointment...
i go see him again in april, but late april... so overall, i'm happy... my bs is going down, the A1C is going down, slowly but heck, it's going down... i'll take that over nothing any day... :D
