I was just there yesterday......I was sitting at my desk, on the phone helping a customer when I was confused about what he was talking about and had no idea how to help him. Luckily my boss is a diabetic and saw me sitting at my desk and he said......OHHHH I know that look hold on, and he went and grabbed me a pepsi. One of my employees was also a medic in the marines so I was in good hands. Bout a half hour later I snapped out of it. Drank a 16oz bottle a pepsi and an hour later my BS was 106.......

The other night I knew I was getting low so I threw a slice of bread in the toaster. I'd just sliced it and set the knife down. I thought it was my butter knife, but when I went to pick it up to butter my toast, I couldn't find it and got stuck in an endless loop. My wife was next to me and noticed: "Are you OK?" John: " I can't find my knife. I think I'm hypo." DW: "Sit down at the table. I'll put some honey on it."

Been ther many times!! It sucks!! Being in sales/customer service is the worst IMO. People can be talking right in front of you and the only thing on your mind is sugar or carbs. Everything else is in one ear and out the other.
The "endless loop" cycle is terrible also.
