I am on Actose Now. It is a very cool drug for those who are insulin resistant like me cuz it makes you severely sensitive to insulin.
Being as how my body is CREATING insulin *though how much I can not say for sure anyone here know what a C-Peptide of 1.38 ng/dl says for insulin production? Cuz I sure as **** don't*
I have reason to believe that this actose is making my body sensitive to that as well as what I am taking.
Though I have to say me likey my bg readings. I actually go low more than I stay high. Which is just as bad but at least it aint high for once.
I take my insulin now *even though in a previous post I am now under the assumption that I am in fact type 2* and it actually does it's job. No insulin resistance at all it slices that bg down to where it needs to be and then some sometimes.
Lets just say that I am HAPPY now that my bg shows some promise of being in control.
I recommend any diabetic who exhibits a high insulin resistance to talk to their doctors about this pill Actose. It really REALLY helps out.
I even had to CUT BACK on how much insulin I actually take. That is saying something to me.
