Since December 13th I have been testing 4 times a day and taking my insulin before meals.
I have also gone on to create an excel spreadsheet to log my readings. I've noticed I'm doing much better and my averages are coming down.
This excites me!! Now when I go to see a new endo I'll have a log of readings and averages to give them to look at.
Off to a fresh start and hope it keeps going like this :D

That's great Nicole!! Keep going strong!
I've given up so many times on diabetes. But now when I want to give up, I remember how bad I felt when I did. Then I pick myself up again and keep going.

You can keep it up!
One of the easiest and best ways to keep up the good work, and lay a strong foundation, is to test, test, test. Our numbers are the input we NEED! Oh, and carb counting/taking insulin w/meals (or any carb food) -- perfect -- do it!

Way to go Nicole. Accountability means a lot when you want to achieve a goal.

Cool. Keep up the great job.
I use a spreadsheet (not excel, but comparable)
It allows me to do graphs. So, I graph my sugar levels and can watch it go up or down. You can keep graphs on your pp readings, calories, carbs or whatever.
I have lots of fun making graphs to see how I'm doing.

Good job Nicole. I find I'm much more motivated when I upload my meter and pump more frequently. Keep it up and you'll see you a1c and bg averages drop!
