Just diagnosed as pre-diabetes. Plan to tcc, but scared. Hope I can learn from this forum. Thanks.

You'll find lots of great people with lots of knowledge here. Did your doc put you on any meds? Are you testing your bs regularly? What kind of diet are you eating?
