sensitivity to lights

after my 4th laser procedure back in january, i've been overly sensitive to lights like headlights and streetlights... they blind me and leave me seeing spots as if i was staring into the sun or a bright light for too long...

has anyone experience this or something like it?

I am so sorry you are suffering. I've not had laser surgery yet. More fun to look forward to huh? I hope someone on here has a suggestion that helps.

Hi Sable,

I too had a period where I was very light sensative following my laser treatments. I also found that when I shut my eyes tight, I got a "light show" back there behind my lids!:eek:

It's your eyes being still sensative from the treatments, I believe. Mine calmed down completely in a few months.

Mention it to your Optho next visit, just to make sure.
