Not sure exactly what your looking for for an asnwer.
There are all kinds of side effects for anything.
Example - Letting your blood Suggars (BGs) run too low - you will / should start to shake, sweat, get dizzy sometimes act funny, visions issues.
Are you experiencing any "side effects" that you may have questions on?
Everyone is different and we all go though different and similar things.

Hypothyroidism... if you're feelign tired and a bit depressed get your T4 and TSH checked.

I suspect you are referring to complications, the consequences of abnormally high blood glucose over a prolonged period. The common ones are retinopathy, neuropathy and kidney disease. If you do a google search, you will find lots of info about them. But you can avoid complications by maintaining good control. Personally, I don't have any complications after 31 years of being T1. There was some retinopathy at one stage, but it has cleared up.

I just wanted to know what the folks of this forum experience when they are high or low bg's. Like when I am low my mouth goes numb and my legs cramp when i'm high bg's.....
Well when my blood sugars are high i get lethargic, headachey, grumpy and i need to pee alot.
When i go hypo my my mouth goes number, my brain goes foggy and feel nauseus.
