I really hoping someone can provide some help/info. Recently I have felt low blood sugar symptoms like lightheaded/bit dizzy and I check my BS and it's noraml!!! I went to the Dr. and mentioned that I felt like I was in a boat and a bit dizzy. I also felt as if my head with in a vice grip! I've had a bit of a runny nose and I thouht this might be a sinus infection. I was given a Z-pak if antibiotics and took those and felt better for a few days. Now I'm feeling bad again and I really don't know where to go from here. The best way I can describe it is a little dizzy/lightheaded almost like low BS. Is it possible for low BS symptoms with Normal BS readings? Any insite is MUCH appreciated.

If you have been fairly well controlled with BG for sometime then i am thinking something vestibular...if you are saying dizzy like the world is spinning?? or is it a slow sway? or is it an outerbody experience? did your doc take your BP (gee i sure do hope so!) or run any other tests?

Yup, I'm 28 years old and my BP was 130/80. A slow sway or lightheaded... It has lasted about a month for comes and goes and sometimes doesn't happen for a week at a time! I've been taking a decongestant and it seems to improve the symptoms. Also, the symptoms never appear in the morning. I must be awake and moving about for a few hours before it starts. In other words I feel great n the morning! BTW, type 1 here.

I've had tinuitus ear ringing for about 3 years now, noramally during the season chage. But I haven't had it in a while now. Is it possible to have an ear infection without your ears hurting? Or maybe something else is going on with my ears? BTW, type 1 here.

Could be an inner ear infection or middle ear problem (glue ear??) But so may things cause dizziness, and its been going on for a while, Id get it checked out with a doctor again. Good luck:)

sounds vestibular to this novice...maybe menier's or BPPV (where an otolith gets knocked loose in one of your semicircular canals messing up your balance system...mostly positional with symptoms so....)...on a different note, yes you can have an infection without pain..did the doc look into your ears?
