The probably have "nutritional" info on their website or in a brochure at the branch. If it's breaded it's going to be very carb-dense.

The nutritional paper that I have from McDonalds says the chicken nuggets are 3 carbs a piece. Thomas only gets the chicken nuggets when we go (well and a small fry= 27 carbs).
Here's a useful site that gives nutritional information on all kinds of foods. You'll notice on the right-hand side of the screen, you can link to info on foods from all the fast-food outlets.

Well, considering that is the total amount of carbs an active 20-30 year old male with no weight problem should be having for an entire meal, I hope everyone holds the fries and has a diet with that!

Eri gets the mcnuggets as well(although someone DID have her try the Big Mac and she LOVED it)...and she always gets a small fry as well(I get her the kids meal still...) She doesn't get it very often though.
