My Latest A1C

My latest A1C just arrived in the mail.....it is 5.5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (down from 6.2, last 2 A1C's)

I'd like to thank the members of the academy for this moment, also a special note to KLD for all of her excellent low carb tips (and receipes).

I couldn't have done it without the support of everyone at Diabetes Forums.....thank you gang :)
