Do you ever get symptoms like headache, nausea, etc... when your blood sugar is low. I get that when it is low of course but I was wondering other than peeing a lot what else can you have?
I currently have a headache/nausea and ate about 1 1/2 hrs ago and instead of my blood sugar slowly going down it keeps jumping up?!

I definitely know what you're talking about as well. I get KILLER headaches when I'm low - the ones that feel like your head/eyes are going to explode all over. I also get the nausea/vomiting :( I hope you feel better soon!

Yep, definitely a known phenomenon. :(
And as for he BS "jumping up" it could be the stress that feeling bad is causing, or it could be that you over-did it with the number of carbs in what you ate because you were feeling bad.

There's a whole range of effects and it can differ from person to person. I can get confused, dizzy, cold, clammy, shaky, whoozy, weak, and at times all sorts of mental effects I could not begin to put a name to...
Not sure about the peeing a lot though... that's a sign of the other direction, usually (high blood sugar/lack of insulin/ketosis)

As said above, it could be overdoing the hypo fix. Or, quite possible as well, it is the result of a liver dump. When the BG reaches a certain low, it may trigger a release of glucagon (fast acting sugar) from the liver to try and help stabilise BG. As you don't have the right amount of insulin in you to counteract the effect of a dose of unknown sugar, your blood sugar elevates quickly and often into high regions.

When I get low I get woozy with a headache type sensation... almost like a carsick feeling. and weak.
It is hard to explain, but occasionally when I get too low my chest feels cold and like it is being pulled out and forward.
If I get into the 40's I get really sick, all of the above symptoms, and add confusion.
Also, does anyone cry when coming out of a bad low? I am not scared/upset or anything like that, but often I cry for about a minute right after I treat.... weird huh?

How low were you and how did you correct?
I know when I'm in the 60's I start to feel shaky, sweaty, and maybe a bit sick to my stomach.
Lower 60's upper 50's I start getting really irritable and even shakier/weaker. I normally know I'm getting pretty low because I can't sit up straight. If I'm on the couch with my computer the minute I find myself leaning on the arm of the couch to check. A this point I'm normally nauseated enough that I literally have to choke down the Glucose tabs.
Lower 50's upper 40's are the worst. I had a beautiful reactive hypo following the OGTT in which I went down to 45 and literally felt like I was going to pass out. I felt like total and utter **** and never want to go through that again.
Remember the 15/15 rule of correction. 15 grams of glucose, wait 15 minutes, and test again. REpeat if necessary (usually defined below 70 mg/dl). It's best to use something premeasured. Glucose gels and glucoshots are one serving per tube/bottle. Glucose tabs are typically 4g per tab, so I use 3 or 4 depending on how low I am. It is hard sometimes to overcorrect. I know the other day I felt worse than normal and ended up eating the whole stinking tube. I knew better but just couldn't stop myself. I definitely over corrected.
