Jumbo Scallops. MMMMMmmmmm.
Especially broiled in a spicy honey lime sauce. (and SO easy, takes about 5 minutes to make marinade, sit overnight, 5 minutes to make after church.

Can't stand seafood, it all tastes exactly the same. I have a very firm policy - never eat any meat that didn't originally have legs. Prawns are fine but put anything with fins on my plate and you'll find yourself being slapped with it.

DeusXM,
I'm with you -- don't like any of it. My policy is similar -- I don't eat anything that used to swim as its main mode of transportation.

when we lived in NE we'd go to the docks at Pt. Judith and get fresh lobster and crabs right off the boats. oh yeah, and buckets of steamers! We've been landlocked in MO for going on 4 years and we OD on seafood (and good pizza) whenever we go back East. Sorry, but catfish just doesn't cut it.

I like most any grilled fish...can't stand catfish. I'm not a big shrimp fan, I just don't like the texture. I like clam strips, but can't have too many because of the breading.

I will eat any type of fish or shellfish, but am especially fond of Yellowfin Tuna. There is a restaurant near me, which I can afford about once every couple of years, that serves their tuna seared rare, with a mango salsa. Mmmmm!
I prefer fish over red meat, it is healthier and IMO tastes better.

I eat seafood all summer. Being down at the Jersey shore all summer has its advantages. I have crab pots out almost every weekend so crab meat is almost always around. My dad and neighbors love to fish so fresh fish is always around. I go clamming when the mood strikes us to want clams and we can pick up 150 clams in about an hour or so. I have not found to many things from the sea I do not like. If it swims, crawls and eats junk from the bottom I like it. :D

I adore seafood. I used to hate it. Go figure.
My favorite is lobster. After that I love salmon, shrimp, crab, swordfish and ahi tuna.

Not a big fan of Seafood (unless you throw a cow/pig in the sea and reel it in for me:))
I will eat some fish such as Halibut, Cod, Turbot. I actually like prawns but they HATE me, if I eat one I'll be violently ill within 2-3 hours and stay that way for days :(

I like seafood - fish , shrimp, oysters, etc. I live about 50 miles away from Galveston, so it's fun to go down there, too, although I think most of the seafood I eat comes from elsewhere.
Favorite would be salmon, and I also really like ceviche.
That being said, I really prefer to eat stuff that has been deheaded/de-eyed. Especially crawfish - I just can't do it if there's still a face attached!

oh yeah, then there's sushi...mmmm. I'll eat just about any kind of sushi (sashimi if I'm watching my carbs).

Hey guys great selection. :D
Nancy, You're are like me as though my childhood dislike fish as I was introduced to flathead and their fine bones. Then I had a taste of Trevally YUM!!! and the Flounder is another fish that I like as they are fun to catch as you walk the beach with a search light. I also like Salmon and Scallops but the flathead I will leave alone.
Oh I forgot the Oysters. :o And a nice drop of Australian Chardonnay or a great Riesling. :D:o:T

Maryland jumbo lump crabcakes from MARYLAND, or Legal Seafood (they're the closest I've ever found to the MD type since moving northeast). Hands down. LOVE them.

my favorite is tuna steak. i can get them here fresh - about an inch thick.
done on the bbq with evoo, salt and pepper.
at the market where i shop, fresh tuna steak is cheaper per kg (per lb) than porterhouse!
they also sell brilliant swordfish steaks. i do this the same as tuna but i like to serve it with a dollop of anchovy and garlic butter.
i like all fish. but i do not like lobster, clams, mussels, oysters. i will tolerate prawns and crab - but they are not favorites.

Although I do not eat lobster, we love going to Pt. Judith to buy fresh lobsters right off the boat. My husband's uncle was a lobsterman all his life so it was a treat to meet him on the dock when he came in from a long day of fishing.
I'm not big on seafood.......but I do like shrimp and cod.
