Anybody ever take these for hair regrowth?

ok, so its call A/G pro. My doctor prescribed it to me because my birth control pill is making my hair fall out.

It tastes absolutely terrible. I gag at the thought of taking it.

It's over the counter, but you have to ask for it because its behind the counter at the pharmacy. $20.00

rediculous. But It seems to be working. My hair seems thicker and healthier. :D

So what's in it?

I just started no 'pooing, for breakage ... washing my hair with baking soda followed by a lemon juice rinse, only. I got pass the dirtball phase Saturday, and it really feels very different. I will see if it helps, I already suspect it will since I was always a total greasy head within 20 hr of shampooing!
