What typically fights DP the best--something very high in protein, something with fat, or something with slow-acting carbs?
My mealplan has a choice between:
1) Nonfat Greek yogurt with Kashi GoLean
2) Sprouted whole grain bread with PB and sugarfree jam.
They have the same amount of carbs, but the yogurt is very high in protein vs the sandwich, which has a lot of fat. Which would be a better bet?
