Sooo- I am taking the plunge and getting a medical ID bracelet. I have been looking at the ones on Lauren's Hope website but there area quite a few that have caught my eye. Unfortunately, it is hard to get a good idea from the picture itself. Is there anyone who has one of these bracelets? If so, are there any of them that look totally different from the picture than in real life? Or ones that the picture doesn't do it justice. Any advice on these would be much appreciated! So hard to make the decision! They are all so cute.

I think I'll check it out. I've never heard of Lauren's Hope. I've been thinking about getting some dog tags made up, as I the freebie necklace I was wearing has broken.

I have three of the bracelets from Lauren's Hope. One I ordered several years ago and the other two I ordered within the last year. The thing that I like about the bracelets is that you may order them with a magnetic clasp which makes putting them on your wrist quite convenient. The company is very good about re-sizing your bracelet if you happen to be lucky enough to lose a lot of weight.

I have the "Jeans and T.Shirt" bracelet from lauren's hope.
It is even prettier than the picture. I was happily surprised at how sparkly and well made it looked. Can't go wrong with real pearls and swavorski (sp?) crystals!!
I recommend getting the tag with loops or whatever (the extra little circles) because the medical symbol is within the tag instead of soldered on top. Also the extra rings do make it a tiny bit more adjustable and easy to attach.
I am going to get another band for mine this year, so I have options on colors. I tend to be drawn towards the 3 string ones (like the Jeans and T.shirt) because I think it makes them look less medical.
I roll the medical part to the inside of my wrist, and you can't even tell it's a medical ID unless you really look for it.
Ok, So apparently I am a walking endorsement :D.
The ONLY negative thing I can say about them is they recommend you don't wear in the shower. I wish I could leave it on 24/7. (so I don't forget it)

Sooo- I got my bracelet. And I absolutely love it. I like it much better in person than on the internet. Now I am addicted and will have to splurge on an interchangable bracelet!
