7.5. I dropped my A1c from 8.6 to 7.5. :) Not as good as I was hoping for, but hey, it's down, so I'll take it. At my current levels, my next A1c should be below 7, if not below 6.

My Cholesterol was 151, Tri-Gs were at 106, HDL a little low at 38 and LDLs were in at 92. My Chol/HDL ratio was 3.97. All-in-All... perfect numbers on the lipid panel. :) :) :) TSH was right in normal ranges as well, so thyroid is in check.

I've also lost 6 pounds this month. :)

My goal for Sept is to have my A1c down to around 6. I can do it!

Congratulations on the new A1C. That is a big improvement and I wish you the best of luck on your next one.

Your lipid panel is awesom, I'm envious. I'm still working on getting better numbers.

Too bad. When I feel I'm competing, I usually strive for much better results. ;) I am serious, most of the time, I'm competing anyway... against myself. That's how I quit smoking. I wanted to see if I could beat myself one more day.... and then another.... and then another. :)

Let's do it together. Let's go for 6.5 or better by our next A1c. I'll take anything lower than 7. I've wanted to break 7 for a very long time. Hehehe.
