Am trying to eat about 4 meals a day and consume about 600 calories a meal...can you ppl plz help me figure out what I should eat like a meal plan ...am really trying hard to get my weight up

2400 calories a day to get your weight up?
dude i eat 3-7000 calories a day depending on what physical activities I'm doing just to keep from loosing weight.
what kind of workouts are you doing?
eat, eat, and eat, just make sure that you take the right amount of insulin to compensate. Take into account however that on days that you work out for long periods of time your body will use insulin alot more efficiently so you your carb/insulin ratio will go up by a good bit.
lots of healthy veggies, meat, eggs, fruits, nuts, peanut butter......
many will say to stay away from potatoes/bread but on days where I cycle for hours I eat a plate full of potatoes with some meat and veggies for dinner and take about 30% my usual amount of insulin for the given carbs to keep my blood sugar good
