I have a doctors appointment on Monday to check into Macular Edema that I have been diagnosed with in my right eye. The optometrist said that it isn't too uncommon to find this in diabetic patience. They also found dot hemorrhages in both eyes so they are supposed to be checking that out as well...
Does anybody else here also have any experience with either of these two conditions and if so what did they have you do to help them? I know sometimes they use steroid or non-steroid drops to help treat the edema condition, but I have no clue what they would do for the dot hemorrhages.
