Medicinal Cannabis

I've been type 1 diabetic for 15 years , and i have smoked Cannabis for the last 10 years religously. I notice it lowers my blood sugar levels a little bit, and aside from that id say i got lazier, my blood pressure went up, and umm im not sure why anyone with diabetes can get a prescription for it, however i would rather smoke a little and become happy then take any type of depression drug like prozac or zoloft. anyone else thats a type 1 diabetic have any say on how Cannabis has helped them or hurt them in dealing with there disease, thanks for any input on the subject.

I have a good friend with terminal cancer (same as imy DH's). She tried marijuana for the pain, legal in this state. Said "Did not help the pain, but I felt so good I did not give a D***."

I hate cannabis, it makes me angry and violent so i haven't had any since about 1994/95. But if it works for you on some level and is legal then ok, but please take it in small amounts
