having a 2 mile walk in the morning.. sets my blood sugar off to a great start every day..the days when i dont take my morning walk..my blood sugar is always higher..so in doubt take a walk...

Walking's great. Doesn't cost a thing. You can do it at your own pace and it's never boring as you can change your circuit as much as you want. And walking is great if you feel let's say depressed.
