Hi all --
As a sufferer of 'diabulimia' myself I have created a new website, Diabulimia SOS. You can find it here: Diabulimia SOS - support, guidance and help. - HOME (http://www.diabulimiasos.weebly.com)
It has support, my story, recovery advice, links and more. I've worked very hard on it and would appreciate feedback; my aim is to help as many people as possible with type 1 diabetes and an eating disorder.
Thanks :)

Your website is awesome. I've bookmarked it to share with others. I had 13 years recovery from my own eating disorder when I was misdiagnosed as Type II diabetic and now have nearly 15 years as I begin my life as a Type 1.5 LADA. I am extremely grateful for each and every day of that recovery as I meet the challenges of managing my diabetes. I like what you said about that thin line between too much control and too little. That is the line I've been walking as well. As a person in recovery from an eating disorder "obsessing about food" was the last thing I wanted to do; yet some obsessing is necessary to manage diabetes. So I walk the line, learning what does and doesn't work so I can let go and just live my life with diabetes continuing the healthy relationship with food I worked so hard to accomplish in the last 15 years. All the best to you in your journey to wellness.

I'm glad you found it helpful. Please do pass it on to others. You're right, the line between control and giving up the control is so fine and must be tiptoed upon. It's so easy to slip. I'm so glad you're in recovery. I am dipping in and out of recovery at the moment but creating this website is helping me a lot. I will try and take my own advice!
I wish you luck in your recovery, too.

Tilly-roo - much admiration for sharing your story and putting together what looks like a valid, reasonable and unique resource. Especially as something that has that whole personal dimension. The word bravery comes to mind...
I haven't had any real experience with this so I can't give you much specific feedback, but you've obviously put a lot of work and thought in and it shows. The support section especially seems just great - often it's when it comes to the real deal of good links and real information, many websites fall down...
It's really appreciated to have this resource available. Thank you.
There is one tiny thing: you might like to break up first big paragraph the "What is diabulimia" page, into a few paragraphs, it feels too long and dense to read easily!
