I am so confused.
I went to the doctor and had alot of blood tests done. In the process i found out that my glucose level with random testing is 103 H (which my doc said was fine) but that my insulin level was 39 H (which my doc said was really really high)
But she told me not to worry about diabetes. She didnt tell me what to do or how to deal with what I have. Just said that she understood how an hour or two after a meal i would be really tired and break out into cold sweats and feel dizzy if i didnt eat again.
Can anyone explain to me just what high insulin means? and what i can do to control it?
