Why do pump companies make us test "C-Peptide" for upgrades?

I assume you mean out of warranty pumps that they might pay for...and that would be the answer, they're looking for a way to deny the claim, IMO. Doesn't matter if they approved the last one, they might have changed the requirements since the last one making someone "pass" the C-peptide limit.
