Several Years ago,I bought a Cookbook that was compiled by 4 Women..the main Woman in the Cookbook helped People experience renewed Health by losing a total of 4,400 Pounds..she herself lost 223 pounds in 13 Months going from a size 34 to size 6..her Husband had Stroke level BP and lost 54 Pounds in 3 Months..they're Daughter lost 30 Pounds in 7-1/2 Weeks..a size 10 to 3..another Woman lost 161 Pounds and 181 inches in 13 Months..size 28 to 8..the last Woman had had a Stroke,took 420 MG of BP Medication Daily and had high Cholesterol..she lost 180 Pounds in 11 Months..from size 34 to 12-14..they revised Ingredients in Foods to make Healthier by using Splenda,which I do NOT use,Low-Fat,Low/reduced Sodium and Sugar-Free..they ate 3 Meals/3 Snacks Daily..drank 64 Ounces Water Daily and Supplemented..I didn't read anywhere inside the Cookbook about Exercise..NONE had loose Skin!
