Thanks for the talk...
Camping I ate: salad's, meats (chicken, saugage, venison bacon wrap steaks, fiber one cereal. (1/2 cup with steviaside and 2% milk) no breads, sugar or high carbs., no flour, noodles Lots and lots of walks and working on our property (5 acres). It hadn't been worked since I was blown up in the propane explosion, 2002.
I ate all I wanted, however my numbers have continued to drop, a few in the 50's but mostly 70-80's for the last week now. Last weeks a1c 4.8. The last 3 days I have been waking 1:30 to 3:30 am with numbers in the low 50's, I have 1/2 a nutra grain bar and go back to sleep???What's with that???
I think I'm working too hard, lol.
Has anyone tried the Ken's low carb caeser salad dressing???
It's the best! and you can get it low carb. (walmart has it the cheapest). I'll post again next week. Thank you for the much needed support.
