I've heard that eating fish twice a week is suppose to be good for you. What I want to know is if you eat fish more than twice a week is it not good for you? Do you need to get your protien from other things besides fish sometimes or is eating a lot of fish throughout the week O.K.?

This is only my guess, but I think eating fish more than 2x a week is ok, but it probably depends on what kind of fish it is. Some fish contain mercury and that can be harmful, but some have plenty of Omega 3's (which is a good thing ;) ). To be sure you might want to run it by a Registered dietician.

I've heard that eating too much can be harmful in certin types of fish because of the mercury. For me though, any fish is too much... yuck :)
It you ick at fish like I do...take a "good grade" cod liver oil.
It is flavored, and does not taste fishy at all.
