Hey guys, so I just got diagnosed this week and have been starting on my insulin, trying to get it dialed in, wondering if anyone from San Diego ventures on here. I haven't been given much by my doctor just yet and thought it would be cool to meet up or start chatting with people in the area, especially if your in the high school/college age range, it would give me something else to do this next month before school other than working...

I'm in the area, but a little beyond your age range; I recently attended my 40th high school reunion. Also, no experience with insulin.
