Vacation Suggestions

Can anyone suggest good vacation spots or cruises that are accomodating to a family with a young Type 1 diabetic? We were considering a Disney cruise...

we went on a disney cruise and my daughter has many food restrictions such as no soy...and they were wonderful about meeting her food needs and restrictions making it a fabulous and healthy vacation for her!!
so much for kids to do...fun for the whole family!

Disney cruises are great but so expensive. Most cruise lines allow for all kinds of food restrictions and will give you nutritional information when you ask for it ahead of time.

I live in Seattle and would highly recommend a cruise out of our port up to Anchorage, AK. :) Not Disney, but it's an awesome trip!
