46 years as type 1
started pump in March
also started using sensor (expensive but worth it)
Never felt better.
Been reading forum as a guest. Lots of great discussion and fun comments.
I feel like I know lots of you guys.

Welcome to the world of pumps and sensors. I have been on the pump for 8 years and using a CGMS for about 1.5 - have been diabetic for 41 years. When you say that you never felt better, I know exactly what you are talking about!

Congratulations John. Welcome to the freedom of pumping insulin. I am happy you got your pump and now can enjoy all the benefits.

your post made me smile..so glad to hear the pump has made you healthier and happier..with 40+ yrs of d under your belt it is nice to be a bit "reborn." you give me hope. :)
