Well I think I'm Pre-D.
I was at around 96 at 1 am, After having 8 baby carrots at about 12:15 am and then drinking 500 ml of water.
Woke up with 103 in the morning. :mad:
Drank some water got down to 96 in about 3-5 minuts.
After drinking water the night before I think I should have been in the low 90's after 70 hrs.
I'm going to try the same experiment tonight but take a garlic supplement. See what happens. If I would have ate nuts at night I would have been better.
I think my system can't handle carbs well.
