Hello Guys,

I have a quick update...FINALLY!!! loosing weight... I figure out what is working for me. I am only eating 1,900 calories on my free days (meaning not working out) and I eat 2,000 calories on the day I work out. I am doing 4 times a week cardio and 2 times a week weight training. I went from 210 pounds to 188.4 pound in 3 weeks. My blood sugar levels high??? ( I no longer remember what a BS sugar of 200 Plus feels like) My Blood sugar is excellent in the morning I am at 90 thru out my day I am 109, sometimes 120 and if I really really mess up and have some pizza I am at 135... Of course that is 2 hours later.. My pills they have reduced them and I am sorry to say this but I am looking FINE!!!!... Sorry too much excitement... I am finally grabbing the diabetic bull by the horns!!!...

Anyways just wanted to keep you guys updated...

Thank you guys.. i could not do it if I the people that are in this forum did not motivated me... Thanks again.. I will keep you updated... By the way the software I am using to keep track of my calories is Calorie King software.. I am also took some test at the GYM and I have been researching on how to work out using Heart Rate Zones... One more thing I have gain muscle and my arms are not huge but hey I got some nice guns!!! LOL....
