Can anyone recommend a comprehensive log book? Even if I have to buy it, I'm cool with that.

I'm looking for something that will help me track BS, time, carbs, bolus, meals, basal.

I'm not into tracking online. I need a hard copy. It's just the way my brain works :)

I can't cram all that into the little log books supplied by AccuCheck...but I do try ;)

Do you have MS Access, I write in MS Access, wouldn't be nothing for me to write something in this database that would keep track of everything.

I'm looking for something I can physically write in. Not an online tracker or computer database.

Thanks anyway!

Minimed has the best paper log books that I've ever used. On the top is a grid for entering BGs, carbs, insulin, basal rates, exercise, ketones, site changes and more. The bottom half is for notes on food, exercise and whatever else. THis is a partial view of one. Each book has 30 days, I think. I'm not sure about Canada but here in the USA if you order through Minimed's online store you don't pay shipping. I always ordered 12 at a time once a year. I think they're US$1.50 each.
