using PDA for counting carbs

I'm looking for ideas on counting carbs, I want to go to a PDA but I'm not sure which would be the best or the best software, could someone give me ideas on this

Do you have a "SmartPhone" ? Blackberry or iPhone or such?

I've been trying a bunch on my Blackberry and haven't found "The One" that's perfect for me, but I have found some good ones. I wish I new enough to write one specfic to my needs.
