I used rice vinegar, lite soy sauce & splashed in some Louisiana Hot Sauce too - couldn't tell it much, but my comment about adding more hot sauce to the next batch elicited a quick "uh uh!" from my everlovin' over here . . . Sez he: "they're just fine the way they are!"
