Fat Head is a great movie

[OT] The thing that gets me is that the movie makes strong reference to the fact that Congress invented this low-fat advisory without scientific evidence, then proceeded, along with medical association (AHA, AMA) to restrict funded research to only those researchers attempting to prove that fat was bad, for 30 years!

It reminds me of the current day effort at legislating changes in energy to ameliorate "global warming" and "climate change", yet more scientifically unproven theories.
