So easy, I probably shouldn't have to say anything:

1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard sauce
1 pinch Splenda.

That's all!

Makes one serving of poultry dipping sauce, or a sauce for after grilling meats which are good with a sweet or fruity sauce.

I like the idea. I have a knee jerk reaction to things with honey in the name. Nice.

Have you tried making a honey mustard using light agave and mustard? The agave has a taste and viscosity similar to honey but it very low on the glycemic index and usually does not cause a bg spike, based on studies.
