I have done a lot of cooking in the past. I wouldn't consider myself a chef by any means, I just cook and come up with new dishes all the time. This is one that I have made in the past, simple straight forward, but to me, very good.
2 lbs of beef boneless spare ribs, cut thin some fat removed
3 lbs of canned green beans, drained
3 lbs of flat italian green beans, do not drain
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 stalk of celery finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/4 stick of butter
Pearl the onions, garlic, celery in a large pot, push aside.
Add the beef spare ribs, Salt, pepper, red pepper to taste. I sometimes add a dark Paprika. Once the meat is brown on all sides add the green beans. Cover, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
In the past I would have served this to my family with a dark toasted rye bread, now I use the Arnolds flat bread toasted.
