Thyroid test and urine test came back normal. Guess I am just paranoid. He said my spikes of up to 160 are just above normal

Yeah you. I'm a bit puzzled as to why you're "pre-diabetic".

My fasting are usually around 105 and my post meals are around 155 or so.

You do NOT want to go DKA and land in the hospital or somethin like I DID. Where in KS are you, BTW? I am in KCMO and it seems local medical culture is pretty cavalier about D (maybe because we are such an obese part of the US?).
