I made this tonight and all I'll say is .... yum

Nope. It's Morrocan pasta...itsy, bitsy, as Linda said. The usual carb level per oz. Made of the Boogeyman, white semolina flour. But being that small a pasta, a small to medium portion is more than satisfying...and easy to measure.

That recipe looks wonderful, Dave. Happy A1c Day!
